Pinwheels For Peace

“In the wind
On Wednesday, Harborites may have noticed 50 colorful pinwheels in the grass alongside Riverview Drive near Hoquiam’s Farmer’s Market. For the display, part of World Peace Day’s “Pinwheels for Peace” program, three Harbor Girl Scout troops made the pinwheels and inscribed a message of peace inside. Participating troops were Hoquiam Brownie Troop 791, Hoquiam Junior Troop 651 and Montesano Junior Troop 457.”
